Who Am I?
Mark Wilson, software architect and craftsman. I specialize
in user interface design, database design, and object-oriented
software construction using
Visual Studio .NET, Visual Basic, PowerBuilder,
and Sybase Adaptive Server.
The Crescent name has a 100 year history in my family.
The Crescent Engraving Company was founded in Kalamazoo,
Michigan and owned and operated by my great grandfather (Guy), my grandfather (Art),
and my father (Jim) for 60 years. The Crescent Camera Shop,
also in Kalamazoo, was owned and operated by my grandfather.
I revived the Crescent name to honor a tradition that
now spans four generations. NG reflects Crescent's eNGraving
roots and it suggests a New Generation. |
